SignalCost Cloud

See and govern company AI from the Cloud.

SignalCost Cloud helps business owners see who is using AI, what work it supports, what it costs, which requests should be allowed, and where approved work should run.

SignalCost Cloud

One hosted workspace for AI capture, provider coverage, rules, reporting, and cost.

Create a workspace, install capture, review provider coverage, add optional integrations, set business rules, and manage AI spend without requiring Beacon hardware.

SaaS-first teams that want governed AI visibility in minutes.
Finance and platform teams managing multiple AI providers.
Security teams that want policy, prompt risk, and audit evidence without deploying hardware first.
How It Works

Hosted control for the AI tools your company already uses.

Both versions answer the same business questions: who is using AI, what work it supports, whether it should be allowed, where it should run, what it costs, and what proof should be kept.

01

Cloud workspace and coverage

Your team gets one hosted place to start capture, review detected and observed providers, add optional billing or routing integrations, manage business rules, review token usage, and download reports.

02

Capture without provider setup

Browser, endpoint, SDK, MCP, OpenTelemetry, and gateway sources feed the same privacy-aware event contract so governed traffic can be tied to source, employee, provider, model, and business purpose when available.

03

Business rules before spend

SignalCost checks approved AI services, budgets, security rules, and business purpose before governed requests create unwanted charges or unsupported usage.

04

Add Beacon only when local control is needed

Beacon extends the same rules into an office for local review, local receipts, network setup guidance, and site-level enforcement. Cloud remains the system of record.

Capture coverage

Discovery comes first. Credentials are optional.

Every provider moves through a clear state so teams know what SignalCost can prove now and what an integration would add later.

Detected provider

Discovered automatically from captured traffic.

No credentials required.

Observed provider

Usage, source, employee, model, and estimated cost are visible.

Enough evidence to report.

Connected integration

Optional credentials are added for billing, routing, or enrichment.

Account access stays separate.

Manual setup is a secondary action.

Choose Add billing or routing integration only when the workspace needs invoices, exact account reconciliation, provider routing, model catalogs, or enrichment.

THE NEXT MOVE

Turn the first captured signal into operating value.

Once the first provider record appears, move from evidence to action without reworking the shared capture layer. Start small, then expand with proof.

01

Capture the work

Download the native browser installer, activate Beacon One, or connect an endpoint, SDK, MCP, or OTel source.

02

Authorize the economics

Connect captured activity to a workflow, budget, provider, model, policy, and agent wallet before spend compounds.

03

Prove the result

Reconcile usage, review the AI general-ledger dimensions, and measure the outcome before expanding to more packs or locations.

Customer Concerns

Straight answers for owners, finance, security, and operations.

Will SignalCost see our prompts?

By default, Cloud can receive a minimized decision record instead of the full prompt. You can opt into full prompt sharing only when your company policy requires it.

Is this just a dashboard?

No. SignalCost is designed to decide before spend happens: allow, block, route, throttle, require approval, and then reconcile the actual cost.

Do we need Beacon to start?

No. SignalCost Cloud is the primary hosted product. Start with capture, provider coverage, optional integrations, policies, quotas, reports, Prompt Firewall configuration, and cost controls. Add Beacon only where an office needs local evidence.

How do browsers and apps start?

Install the native browser capture extension from Setup, activate Beacon One for local capture, or connect a managed endpoint, SDK, MCP, or OpenTelemetry source. Provider credentials are optional and only needed for account-level billing, routing, or enrichment.

How does this help finance?

SignalCost connects each request to business purpose, owner, provider, model, policy decision, cost, and outcome so finance can explain what the spend was for.

What if we add Beacon later?

The same company account, source registry, provider coverage, policies, reports, and archive choices carry forward. Beacon adds local office capture, not a separate product silo.

Govern AI before tokens are spent

Budget, policy, routing, and security decisions can happen before an approved request is sent to an AI service.

Keep provider access under control

Start with automatic provider discovery, then manage optional billing, approved models, pricing, usage, invoices, and allowed routes without handing provider keys to everyone.

Explain value, not just cost

ROI reporting ties AI work to outcomes such as tickets resolved, documents produced, time saved, or revenue workflows.

What You Get

SignalCost Cloud uses the same SignalCost decision model.

Choose your starting point

Start with 30 days free. Add Beacon One when a device or office needs local control.

Start as an individual with personal protection or as a team with token-bundle pricing. Beacon One remains the local-control device for people and locations that need AI activity reviewed near the source.
